It’s Amazon Prime Day!!! The annual Amazon Prime Day starts NOW and I’m just little too excited about all of the amazing deals in store. If you’re not familiar with Amazon Prime Day, it’s a huge sale on Amazon, held once a year, and exclusive to Amazon Prime members, where new bargains go live every five minutes. It’s like Black Friday in July!!
Amazon Prime Day starts July 16 at 12PM PT/3PM ET and lasts a full day and a half, through July 17!

First things first, to shop Prime Day, you must be an Amazon Prime member, so be sure to sign up for Amazon Prime (you can do a 30-day free trial if you aren’t 100% sure … though trust me, Amazon Prime is going to be your new best friend.)
Seriously, I loved Amazon Prime from the start, but as a parent, Amazon Prime is my life line. I’ve come to realize that there’s pretty much nothing you can’t get in less than 48 hours thanks to Amazon. And for an exhausted parent, that’s solid gold. Not only is the 30-day free trial of Prime Day the best offer of the year, but it’s the gift that keeps on giving because you also get access to Amazon Prime’s extensive video, audio and book collection. I read ALL of the free books from Amazon on the Fire tablet we scored at last year’s sale for around $50! (By the way, as soon as the newest model is listed, I’ll post it here! Last year, it came with free same day shipping; i.e., so hopefully, if you want it, you can get your new Fire today.) We love Prime Instant Video; we’re talking unlimited instant streaming of thousands of popular movies and TV episodes with your Prime membership – check out this post for the best shows to binge watch on Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime; Prime Music (unlimited access to over a million songs, ad-free stations, and hundreds of playlists), and so much more. We’re also obsessed with our Amazon Echo – we bought two at least year’s Amazon Prime Day. Oh, and in case you didn’t already know, the FASHION is so good on Amazon! FASHION actually acquired Shopbop back in 2006 and carries all of the items on their own site as well (with the same free two-day delivery promise.) How awesome is that?!
Plus, free two-day shipping on just about any product imaginable is basically a necessity. (Better yet, Prime Now allows Amazon users in major cities to have products delivered within the same day.)
