This Monday night, October 21st, from 10p.m. to midnight, Microsoft is throwing a great big party for the launch of the new Surface 2 and Surface 2 Pro at the Microsoft store at Dadeland Mall in Miami.  And I want you to join me!

Now here’s the really fun part: the Miami Microsoft store will be hosting all sorts of games and prizes (including a chance to win a trip to the Orlando store opening complete with a live performance by Pitbull), and if you come as my guest, you’ll also have a shot at winning your very own Surface 2 from me.  That’s right, I’m giving away a Surface 2 (as a $500 gift card to the Microsoft Store) to one of my lucky Miami readers!  (The event is going to be huge, and this giveaway is for my readers only, a.k.a., your chances at winning are much higher!)

I know I’m really excited about the Surface 2 launch — a lightweight tablet with all of an amazing tablet’s capabilities, plus touch-optimized Office 2013, full internet access, an e-reader, widescreen HD display, 10-hour battery life, built-in kickstand, full-size USB, and my favorite Outlook calendar (I use it for work and life, and swear by it!) — sign me up.
