Happy Friday! It’s been one seriously busy week and I for one am so grateful for the weekend.
Tomorrow is the first night of Passover and we’re celebrating with a little seder and our first visit from family in over a year! Mike’s mom – who is now fully vaccinated (🙌🏻) – is coming to stay for a bit and we’re all super excited. The girls have made their “G-ma” about a thousand signs and pictures and I’ve been busy trying to make the house look presentable for an actual real live guest. 🙈
On the Passover Seder Menu
I’ve already planned the menu for Saturday – homemade matzoh ball soup, charoset, salmon, roasted veggies, and our favorite almond flour chocolate chip cookie cake. I’ll be cooking allll day, and the girls are pumped to help make matzoh balls and of course, to find the afikomen at the end of the seder.
Sunday we’ll probably head to the park and maybe pick up dinner in the city.
How about you? Any exciting weekend plans?
In case you don’t yet follow along, I’ll be sharing what we’re up to throughout the weekend over on instagram (lots of fun behind-the-scenes on my insta stories too!), facebook, and twitter. Follow along!
With that, a few little love notes to the things I loved most this week …

Dear alone in a pandemic, Grace wrote such an interesting piece – “Single But Can’t Mingle” – on dating in the last year and I suspect it might resonate with a lot of people.
