Has anyone else spotted the ruffle tops trend just about everywhere this season? And while you may be seeing ruffle tops now, just wait until the Spring; perfect Spring temperatures were made for soft, romantic ruffled tops and blouses. The ruffle trend is going to be bigger than ever this Spring. And this trend is the kind after my own heart; I love feminine details in fashion wherever I can get them. I mean, this breezy long-sleeve version with a forgiving ruffle hem is at the top of my must have list, and I can’t stop staring at this striped ruffled tank from the Who What Wear collection for Target (the $17.99 price tag doesn’t hurt either!)

So I’m rounding up the cutest ruffle tops to add to your closet this Spring, and most are actually pretty affordable. (Because I am all about savings when it comes to shopping the trends; though I will say, ruffles are always a good idea!)
