I have a nail polish addiction. It started with a modest bucket of polish bottles, the bucket turned into a big ol’ basket, the basket turned into two shelves, and currently my shelves are spilling over. I can’t help myself, really. Nail polish is relatively inexpensive and makes such a fun statement. Actually, I feel naked when my nails aren’t painted. Though I love to go in for a manicure, I don’t even mind missing out on the splurge all of the time because I’m happy to sit cross-legged on my sofa switching up my own polish every few days (I have a bit of pet peeve about chipped nails.) It’s become my “me time;” you know, what little I get now that I’m a mama to two little girls.

Yes, my addiction is out of hand as well! But, I’m ok with it! I love doing my nail and once a week is about as often as I do mine. I grow my own and like them to be noticed, I get compliments constantly, most people can’t believe they are mine, so I say to those who love polish, “ROCK ON”
