Let’s talk about the grilled cheese sandwich. We may even have to take a moment of silence for all of the glory that is the grilled cheese sandwich. Now that that’s out of the way, I wanted to really wow you with these grown-up grilled cheese sandwich recipes; not that there is anything wrong with the classic, but on many a tired weekday night, hubby and I have been known to stuff cheese and whatever else into a few slices of crusty bread, and we call it dinner. Now maybe the term “recipes” is a stretch here, because the beauty of a grilled cheese sandwich is how uncomplicated it is, though some of these “fancy” grilled cheese sandwiches are sure to make you feel all grown-up, and full of cheese.
