The Madewell Mira Heel

Sometime in August, Madewell (sister brand to cult favorite, J.Crew) began releasing a photo campaign to advertise their brand new Fall denim line, and though many have sworn by the new jeans (they’re on my must try list!), it’s the shoes that caught everyone’s attention. In fact, the heels spotted throughout the campaign drummed up so many questions, Madewell took to their blog earlier this week to announce that the wait was finally over – the Mira Heel was available for purchase (so far, in black and cobalt).

And, according to Madewell, “We made sure everything was exactly right, from the pointy toe and stiletto heel to the low vamp, cut just so (and by “just so” we mean s-e-x-y). We even added a little padding to the sole, so you can actually dance the night away. Worth the wait? We think so.”

I second that. Struggling not to order a pair in both colors. (Did I mention ALL of my favorite, and most comfortable, heels are from Madewell?)
