Helllooooo weekend! Anyone else thrilled that it’s finally the weekend? Today it SNOWED in mid-April. It was totally out of the blue (we were expecting a whole lot of rain, but snow … not so much).
Little Love Notes, Cherry Blossoms, and A Little Getaway to Maine
I kind of love the crazy New England weather sometimes. Last weekend we were out taking pretty photos of all of the cherry blossoms and magnolias on the trees in Back Bay, and this week, everything is covered in snow. It’s like this whole chunk of the country is just showing off, and I adore it.
I’m also in a GREAT mood because tomorrow morning we’re off to my parents’ house in Maine for a whole week of absolutely blissful nothingness. I managed to get two big jobs photographed this last week, so other than our regularly scheduled content, I have big plans to read a stack of books, try my hand at embroidery (yet again 🙈), and play on the cold beach with my little family nearly every day. I’m also dreaming about pie and lobster. Naturally.
