When it comes to fashion, I tend to fall for the classics. My mom always jokes that I was born in the wrong era. I look at fashion as a way to play dress up, and for me, that means going for glam. I usually don’t go the whole nine yards, but I try to incorporate more classic pieces into my wardrobe. A few of my Old-Hollyood-vibe favorites: a feminine silhouette, a bare neckline, a sleek pencil skirt (this one has a back ruffle = love!), matte black tights, a classic black pump, a go-anywhere trench coat, and just a touch of sparkle.
And, sidenote: how excited are you for The Lifetime Original Movie Liz & Dick? I am a devout Lindsay Lohan fan — she had me at The Parent Trap … and then, of course, Mean Girls. And I am SO excited to see how the artists behind the movie mold Lindsay into a classic Elizabeth Taylor. Love great costume design!
Lindsay Lohan stars as the legendary dame Elizabeth Taylor alongside Grant Bowler as celebrated actor Richard Burton in the Lifetime Original Movie Liz & Dick, making its world premiere Sunday, November 25, at 9pm ET on Lifetime. Based on the true story of the couple’s passionate and tumultuous love affair Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton were Hollywood royalty and their fiery romance — often called “the marriage of the century” — was the most notorious, publicized and celebrated love affair of its day.

Sometimes I think fashion wise, I was born in the wrong decade too
