Chain Link Statement Necklaces

For all of the stylish reasons I completely “get” the statement necklace trend — a statement necklace is bold, beautiful, and packs a serious wardrobe punch. But here’s the thing: I’m picky, and utterly devoted to an edgier accessories look. I love pink and leopard print and everything sparkly when it comes to wardrobe picks, but with accessories, I’m drawn almost exclusively to the tougher looking pieces (i.e., anything with a serpent, dagger, skull, or tyrannosaurus rex and I’m all over it … side note: if you stumble across any piece of jewelry rocking a t-rex, send the link my way!) Most statement necklaces, on the other hand, are feminine, full of brightly colored crystals, flowers, and pearls, and that’s just not my thang. But lately I’ve been seeing crazy chain-linked pieces that I can’t get enough of. Finally, I’ve stumbled upon a statement necklace that makes my kind of statement!

    I’m really starting to think we’re fashion soul-mates! I love a statement necklace but I hate the pink flower variety that’s going around lately. Give me a spike any day (I blogged the Fallon Jewelry necklace recently too)! I say we find matching T-Rex BFF statement necklaces.
