Happy weekend, y’all!! It’s already been a busy Saturday, taking Scarlett to swim class and then running the million mandatory pre-vacation errands – you know, pick up prescriptions, grab clothes that needed dry cleaning, grab road trip snacks, refuel on coffee, etc., etc. Hubby works tonight at the hospital and then tomorrow it’s low key Father’s Day celebrations, followed by packing, packing, and more packing. More coffee refuels to follow. Then of course, Monday we’re off to Boston and then Maine to spend time with my family! I cannot wait!! As always, I’ll be sharing what we’re up to throughout the weekend over on instagram (lots of fun behind-the-scenes on my insta stories too!), facebook, and twitter. How about you? Any exciting weekend plans?
With that, a few little love notes to the things I loved most this week …
Dear go-getters, how to set and measure personal development goals.
Dear advice seekers, this is a great piece on whether or not crowdsourcing advice from your friends is bad thing.
Dear vacation vibes, this might very well be the perfect, forgiving throw on cover-up/day dress … and it’s under $35. There’s also a maxi version that comes in TONS of colors! (Plus, many more weekly finds.)
Dear those in need of down time (Ahem!), in praise of an afternoon at the movies, and why it’s totally worth it.
Dear summertime revamp goals, how dreamy is this bohemian living room?
Dear weekend baking, mini banana, honey and coconut cream tarts. And also, in all likelihood, a batch of brownies for hubby for Father’s Day. (I may try them with peanut butter this time! I’ll keep you guys posted!)
Dear everyone, here’s what you can do right now to help fight the “zero tolerance” immigration policy separating families.
