Little Love Notes

A few little love notes to the things I loved most this week, including vacation packing, food and a puppy, and no-bake granola bars. Click through for the details. | | @glitterinc

Why is it that the day before a trip is always the craziest? I have about a million and one errands to run today (Friday), plus suitcases to pack; but hey, vacation starts TOMORROW! Saturday morning we jet off to San Diego for a family wedding and a bit of sightseeing. All San Diego suggestions are welcome! Then, if all goes according to plan, we’ll get back on Thursday evening and head out again Friday for a quick weekend getaway to the Outer Banks here in North Carolina. We’ve gotta take advantage of hubby’s random vacation weeks when we can! I’ll be sharing what we’re up to throughout the weekend over on instagram (plus fun behind-the-scenes on my Instagram stories), facebook, and twitter. Follow along!

How about you? Any exciting weekend plans?

With that, a few little love notes …

Dear wheels up, the truth about common jet-lag myths.

Dear end of week smiles, food and a puppy.

Dear design tweaks, how to get the most storage out of a small closet space.

Dear foodies, make your own tomato skin salt. Yum.

Dear glam on a budget, the most adorable shirt skirt hack.

Dear made you think, did you know that your personality changes when you move to a new place?

Dear sale shopping, have you browsed the Shopbop Sale yet? It’s a good one. As in, up to 25% off everything good. Here are my picks.

Dear weekend snacking, these 5-ingredient no-bake granola bars look perfect for travel and they’re totally customizable; a plus for my picky family.

Get the origins of these sweet little love notes, here, and catch up on love notes of the past.

Those granola bars look good! And I still need to place my order from Shopbop. There are so many great items

Have a great time! Sounds very busy! We are headed to Hawaii. March is always a travel month for us because of my oldest child’s school vacation.
