Sometimes, just for fun, I scroll through pricey real estate listings. I mean, a girl can dream, right? When I stumbled across this modern rustic farmhouse in Indiana I most definitely did a double-take. It’s actually a new build with plenty of rustic inspiration, and it’s done oh so well. The farmhouse was built on 18 acres, including rows of peach and apple trees. How charming is that?
And of course, they had me at the wraparound porch.
Doesn’t this make you want to update your entryway/mudroom situation?
Just look at all of that shiplap!
What I would give for a walk-in pantry.
And there’s even more storage in the built-in family work station.
The natural hand-hewn oak wood beams really make this space.
Love those window seats on either side of the fireplace.
The farmhouse has four bedrooms and four baths (and each of the baths is white, bright, and glamorous.)
There’s even a barn … and a creek.
