Little Love Notes

It's Halloween weekend! Read up on a few little love notes to the things I loved most this week plus our weekend plans. | | @glitterinc

You may have seen on social media – we’re on a mini vacation! We decided to take a long weekend to DC, with a quick stop in Richmond, Virginia. Friday is our first full day here in DC and I am SO excited to be in a big city once again. I live for the hustle bustle and noise. Is that weird? If any of you are familiar with DC, send recommendations. We’re planning one great big food and sightseeing tour of the city, scrunched into one three-day weekend. Then on Monday we’re throwing a little Halloween party back at home. Wish us luck! I’ll be sharing what we’re up to throughout the weekend over on instagramfacebooktwitter, and snapchat → glitterinclexi (lots of fun behind-the-scenes there). Follow along!

How about you? Any exciting weekend plans?

With that, a few little love notes …

Dear endless pit of clothes and shoes, I’m coming for ya. Tips on making your closet a happy space.

Dear better nights sleep, here’s why you should keep a notebook on your nightstand.

Dear Gilmore fans, the official Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life trailer is here. I’m crying.

Dear DIY’s to try, the prettiest crepe paper flower crown.

Dear beauty know how, a complete guide to different mascara wands.

Dear morning transit, would you take a ride on a swing on the subway? Umm, yes please.

Dear fall door refresh, the prettiest affordable magnolia wreath you’ll want to hang straight through all of the Holidays.

It is the Halloween weekend so I’m sure we will be taking the kids To do so many fun things going on in the area. It’s probably the last weekend for us to visit another pumpkin patch and enjoy the hayride as the weather here in New York supposed to be decent. So fun you went to the DC and Virginia! We used to live in West Virginia and what frequency those areas often for short weekend getaways .
