I love zucchini; my husband, not so much. I also happen to be a big fan of cooking with the best fruits and vegetables each season has to offer and right now, it’s squash and zucchini season, so I’m determined to find ways to make zucchini taste good. (I mean, fudgy chocolate zucchini brownies … maybe he won’t notice?)
