Little Love Notes

dancing in a black isabel marant military band jacket

Weekends are the best, aren’t they? I work from home now, and I still get excited for weekends. I think it’s the only time I give myself a little bit of a break on projects, e-mails, etc. And of course, if we’re lucky, hubby gets the random weekend day (or afternoon, ha) off, so we always go exploring when he’s around. He should be home Sunday afternoon/evening, so we’ll be attempting to watch the Super Bowl, a.k.a., the commercials. Other than that, Scarlett and I have a few fun recipes planned, and I am already scheming my next exciting styled shoot. Happy dance. As always, I’ll be sharing what we’re up to throughout the weekend over on instagramfacebooktwitter, and snapchat → glitterinclexi (lots of fun behind-the-scenes there). How about you? Any exciting weekend plans?

With that, a few little love notes …

Dear design enthusiasts, the home tours of Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian are just as bananas as you’d expect them to be.

Dear carb lovers, these rainbow bagels are the prettiest-looking bagels you’ve ever seen.

Dear all of us after college, watch the Get a Job trailer. Same, guys.

Dear fellow return-a-holics*the surprising psychology of shoppers and return policies. *(I never keep something unless it’s absolutely perfect!)

Dear fabulous ice cream news, Ben and Jerry’s Vegan Ice Cream Flavors are finally here!

Dear weekend giggles, Dakota Johnson and Leslie Mann interrupt an interview to hit on a reporter and it’s fantastic and awkward in all the best ways.

Dear Valentine’s date night, snag this effortless little red dress for a night on the town.

Dear weekend bakingpeanut butter and jelly coconut cashew sandwich cookies.
