Little Love Notes

Fall Harvest Picnic

This weekend we’re attempting to staycation! We have the long weekend, and so many places to check out in our new-ish area, so we’re on a mission. I’m also stepping up my Halloween decorating game and prepping for an upcoming fall shoot. I’ll be sharing fun snaps on instagramfacebook, and twitter (@glitterinclexi) throughout the weekend. Follow along! How about you? Any fun long weekend plans?

With that, a few little love notes …

Dear everyone, if you haven’t already, read this Craigslist ad: I met you in the rain on the last day of 1972. Heartbreakingly beautiful.

Dear fall beauty, Bobbi Brown Rich Lip Color in Crimson flies off the shelves every fall and winter season, and I can see why.

Dear wanderlust, I’ve got the travel bug all over again after seeing these tea rituals from around the world.

Dear parenting truths, the “complete family” and really, what does that even mean?

Dear leopard shoe addiction, well I guess you show no signs of slowing because this pair of Sam Edelman low-heeled mod-inspired booties just caught my eye and I’m smitten. (You can also snag them in black!)

Dear brides-to-be, get inspired: this bride made her own wedding dress (and its stunning.)

Dear weekend baking, cinnamon-sugar nutella swirled pumpkin pie poptarts.

Get the origins of these sweet little love notes, here.

wow…that craigslist missed connection was just beautiful. I could have left a cute comment about that gorgeous table scape or the other great links but that one takes the cake.

    Great Find.

Have so much fun exploring! A staycation is exactly what I need (hoping to get a little break soon!). Also – that bride’s dress is breathtaking. What a beautiful gown!
