For my own wedding I searched the more classic hairstyles and went with something pretty safe. I was scared to do something too different, too out-there; but this bride chose a classic side braid with a twist, and I’m in love. I’m a huge fan of side-swept hairstyles for a wedding – hair still appears mostly “down” but keeps out of your face for the big kiss, photographs, cake-eating. Plus, a braid is loose, free-spirited, and looks great on nearly everyone. And the striped ribbon – holy cow, I love this. It’s nautical, bright, and funky. Thoughts?
