I, like many many brides, am completely smitten with burlap. But sometimes, and I say this with some hesitation (naturally!), too much burlap can be overkill. That’s not to say that I don’t live for a burlap table runner, but burlap can only be doled out in doses before you’ve gone too far with the whole rustic burlap feel. But today, while perusing Pinterest (i.e., what I do every day), I stumbled across the most magnificent use of burlap – the burlap bouquet.
The image above is probably one of my favorite uses of burlap in a bouquet, with hints of burlap scrap peeking through the flowers … genius.
But burlap tied or wrapped around the stems of a bouquet make for a perfect touch of rustic as well.
