Receipt Paper Altar

This incredible receipt paper altar was inspired by none other than Anthropologie.  And yes, I said receipt paper.  Bride and Groom, Bethany and Jules, had the task of filling their warehouse venue, and looked to their brilliant designers over at the Wedding Company in Kansas City to fill away.

Surprisingly enough, the receipt paper backdrop (inspired by something the Bride’s planners spotted at Anthropologie!) was simple to make.  For your very own DIY:  all you’ll need is a large piece of foam board, a staple gun, and about a billion rolls of receipt paper.  The final result is a wall layered with soft white ruffles – magic!
