Last Year Lady Gaga and Polaroid teamed up at CES to announce that Gaga was Polaroid’s new creative director, and that she would be designing products for Polaroid. And on the heels of a new year, Lady Gaga has a new collaboration with Polaroid called “Polaroid Grey Label” set to hit shelves this week.
According to Polaroid’s website:
“A year in the making, Polaroid Grey Label is a collaboration between two of the most influential icons of our time. Polaroid and Lady Gaga. Join us at Polaroid.com as we reveal the next generation instant experience. Live from CES in Las Vegas. January 6th, 2011 at 3:30pm PST.”
And, in case you missed the big Gaga news – The new album, “Born This Way,” will be released on May 23rd, while the first single is scheduled to make its debut on February 13th. The Queen of the Monsters herself posted this on her Twitter Account: “THE SONG 2 13 11 THE RECORD 5 23 11,” and these lyrics: “I’m beautiful in my way, ’cause God makes no mistakes, I’m on the right track baby, I was Born This Way. Don’t hide yourself in regret, just love yourself and you’re set. I’m on the right track baby, I was Born This Way.”
And if you can’t get enough Gaga, she will also roll out a “Gnomeo and Juliet” soundtrack she worked on with Elton John. The song will be made available for purchase in a CD package of the movie theme songs compilation on February 8.
